Its the need to know,i’m guessing a CIA or other agent that might go to secure a report,radar data,photo,video, about a ufo.But at the same time that agent would not know the full extent of the governments knowledge on the subject,keeps it secret,the stories never go to far.

There’s a basic rule regarding eyewitness testimony that is so basic that I’m surprised everyone doesn’t know it by now. It’s called, “CONSIDER THE SOURCE.” In other words, exactly who is telling the story? If a drug addicted psychopath reports seeing an alien, his testimony would be immediately disregarded. But if a NASA astronaut reports seeing an extraterrestrial event, it’s an entirely different story. But then again, you’re too “fucking insane” to even realize that fact.
